I dislike the service. I ordered the shirt on May 21 and they said it could be delivered May 25 for an extra fee. No one reached out to me, I had to reach out when I saw the progress wasn’t being updated as it being shipped for them to tell me oh it’s not going to be ready I needed it for May 27 and then I was informed it would get to me on May 29 and then shipping info shows May 30 and only for it to be delivered on May 31. I’m disappointed that it took me to reach out instead of them informing me that there was a delay. I paid for the shipping to be delivered on May 25 and if that couldn’t happen I should have been told instead of me having to reach out on day of supposed delivery. Now as to the quality of the purchase I will rate 5 stars. Communication is the reason I rated 1 star. Will I shop with them again, I won’t say no, maybe I’ll order a month in advance. My grandson didn’t get to wear it on his birthday.
