🚨 RUSH ORDERS & SPECIAL EVENTS

Do you have a firm deadline or a special event? If you need your order within a specific timeframe that is not currently listed in our shipping options, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates for rush orders unless we have confirmed the timeline with you prior to purchase.

1. Processing & Fulfillment

Because we print to order and hand-inspect every batch, please allow 2 business days for Guaranteed Delivery orders and 2–4 business days on any other shipping option for us to process and pack your order. 

***Note: During holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 5 business days (does not include Guaranteed Delivery Orders). We appreciate your patience—quality takes a little time!

⚠️ Important Guarantee Policy

While we offer a variety of shipping speeds to meet your needs, please note that the only delivery dates guaranteed by the carriers are for UPS Next Day Air® and USPS Priority Mail Express. All other delivery windows (including Economy, Standard, and Ground etc.) are best-effort estimates provided by the carrier. Wilson Design Group is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, high seasonal volume, or logistical issues for non-guaranteed methods.

Note on Business Days: These estimates include our current processing time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order hits the mail, you’ll receive an email (if we were provided with one) with a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status, so don’t panic if it doesn’t show movement immediately!

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! However, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included in our shipping rates. These are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local government.

5. Address Accuracy

Double-check that address! We ship to the exact location you provide. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

***Damaged: If your shirt arrives with a hole or a print error, email us at wilsondesigngrp@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

***Lost/Stolen: Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," we are no longer responsible for it. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a workplace.
